Skin Fancy products are made in fresh small batches and have a limited shelf life. To ensure the quality of the product, we do not offer returns. We will offer a refund or replace a product if the wrong item was shipped, or if a product was broken during shipping. We ask that you to send us a photo of the incorrect or damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if a product didn't work for your skin, due to the personal nature of skincare and the potential for contamination. 

You can email us at tabitha@skinfancy.co to cancel an order before it’s shipped out.  We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.  

Skin Fancy products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We recommend a patch test before using any of our products, especially if you are sensitive to natural ingredients or have a known allergy. If you are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients in our products, they may cause skin irritation. Please discontinue use if any irritation occurs. We recommend consulting with your healthcare professional before using these products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

Skin Fancy products are forumulated to be shelf stable for at least 1 year after manufacturing date. That being said, we recommend that you use them within 3 months of recieving each product to ensure optimal freshnenss and vibrancy.

Please store your products in a cool, dark and dry space away from direct sunlight. Keeping caps and droppers securely tightened after opening and using clean utensils and fingers when utilizing the products will aid in ensuring potency and extending shelf life. Please do not unscrew hydrosol misters from bottles.
